One ember brushstroke paints the enso, and the play mark lights in the gap.

The studio's opening marquee, the frames that run before every piece.

The system is one stroke path, animated once, then re-skinned for each line: ember for the studio, autumn leaves on wet stone for Ambience. Same timing, new material.

  • Concept board done. The brushstroke direction was chosen over the alternatives.
